Terms of Use

By using our application, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

• Data Storage: If you are using the customer app, you need to provide your personal information (like your Name & Mobile Number) to your Milk Provider/Dairy to log in and access services. We store this data on our servers to provide these services.
• Account Deletion: You can ask your Milk Provider/Dairy to delete or deactivate your account under their instructions at any time.
• User Responsibility: You shall take full responsibility for the authenticity, accuracy, and validity of your registration information. You are also responsible for updating any changes to keep your profile up to date and use the service without interruption.
• Communication Fees: You shall bear all related communication fees or charges from any third-party service providers (e.g., telecom operators).
• Service Changes: The user accepts that in relation to business development, we may change, suspend, restrict, terminate, or revoke the rights of our services at any time without prior notice.
• Limitation of Liability: You understand and agree that the Application is a service product. appAdmins acts solely as a technology platform. We are not responsible for the quality of milk/products or any disputes arising between the user and the Milk Provider/Dairy.
• Support: If you need any help regarding your deliveries or dairy services, please call your Milk Provider/Dairy using the phone number provided in their Profile.
• Governing Law: All information provided by you will be governed by the terms of the Privacy Policy. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Rajkot, Gujarat.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

We offer a 30-day free trial for any of our apps, yet we offer a full money-back guarantee on app rental. We encourage our customers to try the app during the trial month and the first week after their purchase to ensure it fits their needs.

Refund Guidelines:

• 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with the app that you have rented from us, you can get your money back, no questions asked. You are eligible for a full reimbursement within 7 days of your purchase.
• How to Request: To request a refund within this 7-day period, please contact us at support@appadmins.com with your account details.
• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed and credited to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Non-Refundable: After the 7-day period, you will no longer be eligible and won't be able to receive a refund. We do not provide partial reimbursements for the rental in the middle of the billing cycle.
• Failed Transactions: In case of failed transactions or double realization of account for the same app rental, the total deducted amount will be refunded. However, bank/card transaction charges of the buyer (if any) are likely to be forfeited.

Cancellation by appAdmins:

appAdmins reserves the right to refuse or cancel any app rental. appAdmins, at its sole discretion, may cancel any app rental(s) if:

• It suspects a fraudulent transaction.
• It suspects a customer has undertaken a transaction which is not in accordance with the Terms of Use.
